What you are buying

One Listing Evaluation: a written assessment of one boat listing, delivered by email within 2 business days of the day you submit the listing. The evaluation covers owner-operated sailboats from 22 to 60 feet; it is not for professionally crewed charter yachts or mega yachts.

What it is not

A Listing Evaluation is a pre-survey screening tool. It does not replace a marine survey, a rig inspection, an engine inspection, a sea trial, an insurance review, or independent professional advice, and it is not a guarantee of the boat's condition.

Refunds

If a listing falls outside the scope above, we refund the purchase in full rather than evaluate it. Write to hello@leadsman.ai with any other concern about a purchase.

Your account

The account that buys an evaluation is the client the report is prepared for. Keep your sign-in email current; the report and its web copy go to that address.
